It seems like before COVID in Bowie for $500,000 you could get this. But now it seems like $500,000 gets you this. So today we're going to show you three neighborhoods in Bowie, Maryland where you can purchase for under $500,000. This is love and real estate.

The first neighborhood is actually Collington Ridge. In this neighborhood, you're going to find three-level townhomes. You can actually also access it from 301. Well, it actually has two different types of townhouses, but I'll talk about one. So it is actually a two-level townhouse. It doesn't necessarily have a garage, but it does have dedicated parking. And the great thing about that is that it actually comes in at $300,000 to $350,000.

Then you have your next style. You have your traditional three-level townhome with no car garage. And you have dedicated parking space in the front. But you also have your townhome that has that one-car parking garage for you. This is going to arrange you anywhere between $375,000 and $425,000. Well, since we've talked about all the townhouses, and I'm pretty sure you knew you could get yourself a townhouse under $500,000, I'm going to take you to some single-family homes under $500,000. So, guys, we are in the municipality of Bowie. True Bowie. So honestly, guys, this community is actually built of many different communities that's inside of a bunch of smaller zip codes. Now, fun fact about Bowie is that all of the streets are actually alphabetical. That's cool. Yes. So for instance, we're actually in the K's right now. And so that means that all the streets around us are going to start with the letter K. And also about this community, you're going to find that it actually has a mix of retirees, people who are looking to start families, and also people who are looking to grow their families. You're going to find a mixture of different styles, right? We're going to have your rancher, we're going to have your colonial, and even your Cape Cod. And the price is going to be between $400,000 to $500,000, plus anywhere from three to four bedrooms and two to two and a half bathrooms. Fabulous. Well, now that we have talked about those details, I'm going to show you a single-family home in Bowie for $450,000. Let's take a look.
